I went in for a really simple request about concealer, a product I’ve never really purchased. Our whole interaction was less than 20 minutes, but she had such a great energy that I felt like I could be transparent with what I liked and didn’t like. We did a color match and she asked some small questions to find the right solution for me. I think the transaction overall was really routine for her, but nothing felt forced or sales-y. I had a coupon for a full size perfume which she grabbed for me and I was on my way. 10/10

I needed help finding a couple things, which seemed to be an inconvenience when asking her. They also no longer ring you up at the cash register, which confused me at first, so when I asked this manager where I should stand in line, she gave me a really passive aggressive answer as if I should have known. I almost never leave reviews but given how dumb she made me feel in that moment, it not sit right with me.
- KKKristen KJun 28, 20251.0The store could be cleaner. A lot cleaner. The sales staff is ignorant and mean. When I asked for clear mascara, the clerk acted like I suggested human sacrifice. She assured me 'no one' makes clear mascara and tried to sell me white primer. See attached picture of clear mascara manufactured by Sephora.
