The day before they called me to confirm my appointment.I feel disappointed at JCPenney Salon and the stylist.
- LClicet chavezApr 22, 20231.0I DO not recommended this place my daughters hair for prom yesterday looked like my 6 year old was the stylist.. my daughters was devastated cried for a whole hour in the restroom and refused to go to prom ..it was horrible! a day to remember became a nightmare .. omg her hair was soo frizzy too even I could have done a better job .. oh oh and she didn’t even do what my daughter asked for .😡 thanks JCPenney
