  I scheduled hair cut, roots coloring and highlights...haircut was horrible one side was shorter than the other side you can't see any highlights the job was horrible overall..I had to go to another salon expend more money to get it fix... please don't use Marinas service.. don't know what she is doing.. I was telling the teller when I was paying 240.00 that I was not happy with the job she ignored me..they didn't care..

  Let me first start off by saying that this is a terrible and unprofessional place to go to. I have never experienced this type of experience before. My mom wanted to get a quick haircut in which this plays offer an “Express Cut” for $22 and she figured that why not try something new. It was convenient from having to drive to the salon. A women named Barbra cut my mom’s hair and she hardly cut anything off. The haircut took less than 30 minutes and hardly resembled the picture that was shown. I understand that my mom cannot look exactly like a picture, but a general idea shouldn’t be so hard to do. Anyways, my mom proceeded to check out and the cashier (Hispanic woman; I’d write the name but I didn’t get it) tried to change her $32. The sign did say $22 and up, BUT literally hardly any hair was cut. My mom questioned it and reluctantly the cashier said that she’s just give 15% off to get it over with. It came out to $27. My mom irritates just paid it and left. She met up with my dad and myself and we overhead this cashier speaking out loud and complaining about my mom to the coworkers and saying “How can she expect to look like this picture.” This talking behind customer’s back is super unprofessional. At least make sure that they are not there and the coast is clear. It should of been a sign not to come here when all the workers are just standing around.
