    I’m a regular Sephora customer, but this visit was unacceptable. I came in after the gym to buy a perfume and wasn’t greeted or offered help. The associates were rude and inattentive. I asked for two samples, was told they’d be right back, and the employee returned acting like she forgot entirely. I still bought the perfume, checked out, and left. Customer service at this location has clearly gone downhill

    I went in for 60min make up application . I have to say my make up artist was nice. However I am disappointed, I was left with asking her to add eyeliner , blend and darken my eye shadow which looked nothing like pic I showed her . The pic was simple nothing extravagant . She asked me if I wanted blush? Like huh of course. Also I was left with no bottom masacra , my make up didn’t look like it was fully completed . I should of saved my money and done my make up at home myself .

    One star for quality another for available products. Sadly terrible experience there's clearly an attitude issue with a few employees. "Did you look at the picture it's right there" and she rolled her eyes and gave me a catty vibe. Time 7:40pm date 12.29.25 I literally had to ask for a different person. Lastly their hot pink lipstick smears.

    I was there today doing some shopping and I had a great experience , great customer service from Andrea, she was really nice helped me find everything I needed and made me feel welcomed , I go to other sephora stores and customer service is average but here they go sbove and beyond, will totally recommend to my friends and family 👍
