  No event at the mac lipstick event today July 26, 2025 at the Montclair Mall in Ca. No sips, no sweets, no prizes. I’m confused.

  I've gone into this store multiple times in the past. Customer service was always great. Today, was not the case. I went in at 1 pm and was blatantly ignored by all customer associates. I saw one working on someone's make up and another one at the counter checking out a make customer. I stood in line to wait to ask for the product I came in for. After the associate finished attending the customer, she went to the line, ignored that I was in front of it and went to the person standing behind me who knew I was in line. She asked her if she wanted to check out and the woman said yes. I was so disappointed, I walked away trying to find the powder on my own then just walked out. I then left to another Mac store in Macy's and also received poor customer service with the associate lying to me that Mac no longer carried a powder. When I looked it up on the website, it was still in stock. I declined the type of powder she wanted for me that was coincidentally out of stock. Safe to say, Im strongly considering no longer using MAC products if these are the types of unethical rude associates to attend customers.

  I was very diappointed. Unfortuately I dont know the ladys name, but the makeup artist that worked on Dec18th at 2:00 p.m gave me the worst experience. I had a 30 min makeup booked. I arrived early about 10 min early. She started almost right away, but she was the only one there so she kept walking away to check out other customers. So in total she might have spent 10 minutes doing my makeup. When she was done I looked like a clown. She did nothing I asked. I immediately ask to have something to clean my face. And will Never book with mac again. A little advice, when you have an appointment for 30 min, you should make sure someone else is working so the artist can devote 30 min to the client. It was so bad I left in tears.. Had a party to attend that evening had to go home and do my own makeup. Worst experience ever. Only give the one star cuz it makes me.
