  I came here with high hopes since there was only good reviews and I knew someone who came here. The lady burned my scalp and I had to tell her to remove the thing she was using. I have thick curly hair, it’s not course, but it was very obvious she does not work on hair like mine. She was ripped out my hair, put zero product in it, than blow dried it very badly. I walked out with half wavy and frizzy hair. Than in the end she forced me to give her a tip. I had to go home and completely redo my hair. If you don’t have pin straight thin hair do not come here.

  I am very glad I found this place! Coming here was extremely informative, and Emily was especially helpful in meeting my specific needs for my head. Seeing my scalp in the monitor was quite disgusting, but the improvement made at the end of it was spectacular. I also really liked how silky smooth my hair was too. They conduct their service in the most considerate manner; definitely make an appt in advance and even bring a friend to experience the scalp spa together! It was so relaxing, and the massage given to my neck and shoulder during the process was the cherry on top. 10/10 I do recommend this place

  Such an wonderful experience. Yuki’s magic hands not only fixed my migraines also bring my hair live again. It has been two years my hair looks like burned grass. Now what a wonderful look. She asked carefully also pick very suitable hair products. Definitely yes for me ! And I will come back weekly for my remming sessions. Oh don’t forget make an appointment! She is top tech with full care and great service

  Emily was great and did a fantastic job. this was my first time ever getting this spa hair treatment. They show you your hair folicals and scalp up close and personal with a camera that magnifies it on a screen monitor before and after the treatment. This is so worth it... I will be taking my parents so they can have a session. This was so relaxing and worth it.
