  This Sephora is so bad at this Kohl’s. It should be shut down or just hire new employees. They are literally miserable with their job. I went to the front of the store and asked if there is anyone in Sephora that could help me because I wanted to checkout. Then this rude lady came, named Juanita, and she didn’t even greet me or anything. I don’t know why she was so mad/rude I didn’t even approach her in a rude way. She wasn’t very unprofessional and rude, this kohls really need to reevaluate their employees because that was rudest encounter I ever had and it was for no reason.

  I love shopping at Sephora but this location is a really sad excuse for a Sephora. The staff is inexperienced and clueless when it comes to all things beauty. They know nothing about Sephora points, refunds or discounts and it’s always a mess when trying to make a transaction. This wouldn’t be so bad but the newer staff is really rude and unwilling to help. I don’t know if it’s the new manager but an older women was behind the younger sales associate the whole transaction rudely instructing her what to do, when I asked for something that wasn’t on the sales floor the young associate said they did have it but the older associate gave her a look like she wasn’t suppose to say that. Then she said ‘we don’t have that product’ she then aggressively tried to sell me something I didn’t want. This type of environment just doesn’t make me want to shop there anymore.

  First of all, there are some good associates at the Sephora store inside of this Kohls. In fact, when they just opened up in here, they were 100% giving great customer service. However, today, I saw my mom receive what I honestly don't know what to call. I work in retail, and I never give anyone this attitude. Even if they're actually rude. My mom asked a question, had to repeat 3x. I understand that sometimes you're just not really awake enough to hear the first time. But someone else answered my mom's question from afar, and my mom came back to me. Then the first associate started making remarks and saying, "I don't care." If she is annoyed for whatever reason, at least don't make remarks on the sales floor towards the paying customer. This is how the store ends up losing money because someone decides to make customers feel unwanted/uncomfortable for asking a question. Btw this associate, I don't know her name, but all I saw was a lady with red hair, and my mom confirmed it was her who was rude. Everyone else is always nice and professional. I hope the associate learns from this mistake.
