- RRRheaJun 23, 20255.0Arch Expert, Ivy lives up to her title! I've never had my brows waxed before, only threaded. Ivy talked me through each step of the process. I was so happy with the results! She was very knowledgeable around which products to recommend to ensure my brows kept looking great after our appointment. She listened to me when I described my (very minimal) daily makeup routine, and she walked me through how to do my brows daily. On top of it all, Ivy was friendly. We had a great conversation as she did my brows. 10/10 would get my brows done by Ivy any day!

Ivy does such a great job with my eyebrows and they always come out looking great. Ivy does a great job at mapping out my brows and describing exactly what she’s going to take off to achieve the look I want. She also always offers me the complimentary eye mask and pore mask for my nose which is such a nice added pampering during the service. I always leave feeling super confident about my brows when I leave!

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.

Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins.
