They made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond talking me through the procedure and what would suit me best. It was not painful at all, and I’m very excited to see the results. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming too!!

- AAAshleyAug 20, 20251.0I recently came here for my usual Botox appointment. I waited to be checked in as one of the girls was on a phone call. There was an older lady also sitting at the front and she didn't even notice me walk in. Or maybe she did. She eventually looked up and greeted me with "Can I help you?" No smile, no good afternoon. I felt as if I was bothering her having to check me in since the other girl was busy next to her. I own a business myself and this looks extremely unprofessional! Me and my sister have been coming here for years for Botox and laser. I would normally not leave a review for a bad greeting but because my mom recently came here as well. She had a consultation with Natalie. Which is the same older lady at the front desk. While my mom felt all the information provided to her was helpful she was made felt uncomfortable after expressing hesitation to make the laser purchase that same day. She said she instantly felt Natalie's demeanor change after she told her she wanted to talk it over with her spouse first. This is just horrible customer service! I genuinely love the nurses here and services and prices provided but first impressions matter!! There are alot of medspas in Modesto, we will be trying other places.

Ten out of ten would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing way to make your self feel great and look amazing. Make sure to ask for Candace!
