This is now probably the second time that I’ve taken my three youngest boys and myself to get a haircut at great clips on Floyd by Raleys. I will tell you the staff is friendly, they are quick, and the cuts are pretty solid. Nothing really special to say here and hard to give five stars cause I just haven’t had any personal experience as great clips aims to just run through the customers as fast as they can but they do a good job. It’s nice to save a few bucks on a Tuesday too.

I was treated with discrimination by the "manager" Tereta she has zero customer service and kicked my elderly mother my son and I only because I asked her to speak to me with respect as she was extremely rude. I dont recommend anyone to go there. This lady should not own any businesses with her racist attitude.

Now his been wearing a cap till it grows out. He sent an email to corporate and they replied by saying they would give him a discount to fix it. Why would he have to pay again to get his own hair cut correct. Thats the absolutely dumbest email I have ever read. It should be free. Geez. No more going to that place.
