We went to Great Clips on McHenry and Jasmin was VERY nice and helpful with everything. Loved the haircut! All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! It was a great experience, definitely will be back.

I'm going to ask for a refund, but I doubt I will get it. I took my son with curly hair to get a trim not too long ago and, again, she was super nice, but had no idea what she was doing. At one point she had his hair combed upward in the back and was doing something else weird with the front. I had to trim it before he could go back to high school the next day.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
