Paris and Priscilla did our makeup and we were both very happy with how things turned out. They listened to how we liked our makeup and really made sure we liked it before leaving. We will certainly be coming back for future events!

- BBBlessed- & BeautifulNov 12, 20211.0The manager at this store named Johnathan has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life , I was called a liar by him and his attitude is very aggressive and scary , he even raised his voice at me when I trying to return something , he then walked away and went into his office leaving me to find items to buy on my own . He clearly is dealing with private matters and doesn’t know how to keep his life and work separately. What a awful person !!! I will never shop at this location as long as he is there !
- BMBrittany MclaughlinJan 10, 20205.0Okay so today I went to the Irvine spectrum location and specifically told the lady that I’ve used Mac in high school and it was always orange and told her that was a pet peeve of mine (orange faces 🤢) and so she did my make up and it looked great in the store , then I go to check out and first they didn’t have the color and then she tried to change it with a lighter foundation and a darker powder then she said they didn’t take Mac gift cards after I told her in the beginning that’s why I was treating myself ... then I get to my car and I looked like a flippin pumpkin .. so I went to mission mall and explained to the beautiful young lady that helped me and she laughed and totally explained that certain foundations have a orange tint and some have yellow ! She let me wash my face did my make up and even let me go out side to check it and it was spot on !!! I will only go to this store !!! Brenda m is absolutely amazing and so sweet !!!
