- MHMaram HuseinDec 23, 20251.0I went to the MAC store to buy Christmas gifts and waited around 30 minutes without anyone helping me or even acknowledging me. There was only one cosmetician there, and she was busy with another client, but it was taking forever just to check them out. While waiting, I wanted to try a blush I was looking at. There was a corner with a chair and mirrors, so I sat there to see how it looked. All of a sudden, someone yelled at me, “You’re not allowed to be here.” I went back to the blush area, trying to understand why she was yelling, and she kept staring at me and saying, “Be patient, I’m working alone today,” but in a very aggressive way. After waiting 30 minutes, the first thing I said was “So rude,” and I walked out. I was honestly shocked by the whole interaction. If an employee is that miserable, they shouldn’t take it out on customers. I’m never buying anything from MAC again.

I went in a little embarrassed to get some gifts for my wife and even though he was the only one working in the store and had other customers to attend, he still managed to assist me (not rush) with helpful suggestions. I waited til he finished assisting another customer but I liked how he would check up on me and communicate. Once I was at the check out he offered samples to give to my wife and just overall had a great , friendly attitude. I will definitely do more of my Xmas shopping here at this location.
- KAKalynn AGJul 29, 20175.0After a long 5 hours of waiting for free lipstick, all of the lipstick was gone, but the very kind district manager let me (and the people behind me) pick from the top 4 lipstick choices at their store. I ended up getting a beautiful nude, and I couldn't be happier!
