  ✨✨✨ 10 STARS IF I COULD!!! ✨✨✨ I’ve been a die-hard, devoted L’Occitane lover for YEARS. The kind of person who orders online almost weekly, knows every product by heart, and treats the Almond Shower Oil and Immortelle Divine line like sacred treasures. But let me tell you something: NOTHING (and I mean nothing) could have prepared me for the life-changing, soul-nourishing, and completely unforgettable experience I had at the Mission Viejo L’Occitane boutique with the one and only PANTEHA! From the moment my best friend and I walked into the store, we were immediately embraced by the warm, radiant light that is Panteha. She didn’t just “help us.” She curated a full-blown luxury journey through Provence right there in the middle of the mall. Her energy was so kind, loving, and genuinely present that it felt less like a shopping trip and more like being guided by a glowing skincare fairy godmother. Panteha didn’t miss a beat. She walked us through every single product in the store. Patiently, passionately, and with the kind of deep product knowledge that only someone who truly loves what they do could possess. She wasn’t just reading labels or reciting scripts. This woman knows the products, understands the ingredients, and explains them in a way that makes you want to bathe in Shea Butter for the rest of your life. She tailored recommendations to each of our skin types, explained textures and scents with such care, and treated us like VIP guests at a five-star spa. And it wasn’t just her expertise. It was her ENERGY. She’s magnetic. Uplifting. Elegant. So warm, so nurturing, so beautifully connected to the L’Occitane brand that you can’t help but fall even deeper in love with every product she touches. I’ve never had such a personalized, luxurious, and joyful retail experience in my life. This woman should be teaching masterclasses on customer service and skincare rituals. She is the reason I will no longer be ordering from the website. As much as I love the convenience, there is nothing like shopping in-store with Panteha. I will now make the drive to Mission Viejo regularly just to see her. That’s how amazing she is. I’m OBSESSED. L’Occitane, if you’re reading this, give this woman a raise, a crown, and a lifetime supply of Almond Milk Concentrate. She is the heart and soul of your Mission Viejo store. She made us feel seen, heard, and cared for. And in this world, that’s a rare kind of magic. Thank you, Panteha, from the bottom of my silky-soft, heavenly-scented, perfectly-hydrated heart.   I love the L'occitane products. However, this location was awful!! The asian sales person was rude, condescending and when asked about a promotion that was still ongoing she lied and said it was only "for premium members." There is no such thing as premium members. Avoid this location!
