  I moved here from the east coast and needed to find a nail salon that was equivalent to my place back home. I went to a lot of places the first two years that I lived in Orange County and was never happy with the services when I left. THANKFULLY I found Herbal Nails & Spa! This is now my go to place and I’m extremely happy every time I leave. Every one that works here is professional, good at what they do, and super nice! Thank you for being the business that you are and sincerely care about the customer service that you provide.

  My experience was amazing. I saw a tiktok video on my fyp that was talking about the spa. I went in and even though it is a little pricier it is worth every dollar. Not only are you getting your moneys worth the people are nice and comforting. They talk to you and give you complimentary water,drinks, and snacks. I will definitely be coming back for a spa day!!!!

  I have used the same nail specialist for over 10 years and she recently switched over to this beautiful salon and of course I followed her! I have had the pleasure of having a gel manicure with Traci while Bella was on vacation and was very pleased, it is a very relaxing and very friendly atmosphere. We moved from the area and I’m very excited to return this week for nails and pedicure.

  I had such a great experience here! The salon was super clean and relaxing. Sean at the front is very welcoming, friendly and informative with the business. My nail techs, Jacob and Eva were very friendly and took their time making sure I was comfortable and happy --no rushing at all. Prices were reasonable and my nails look wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

  I visited this nail salon because I pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, and this place is new and looks clean. Unfortunately, my last experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. First, I asked for a regular manicure, but I felt pressured several times to upgrade to gel even after I said no. In the middle of my service, I was asked to stop and go pay while my hands were still oily from the manicure, which felt very unprofessional. Then I was told they no longer accept Apple Pay, even though I had used it there before. When I said I needed to quickly get my card from my car (which was parked very close), she asked me to leave my phone with them while I went to get my card. This made me very uncomfortable, especially for a $27 service. They also already had my phone number and I had been there a couple of times before. Also, the manicure they advertise includes a hand massage, but this service was not provided. Because of these experiences and the way the situation was handled, I don’t feel comfortable returning. I hope they improve their customer service and communication.
