  Me and my 2 daughters came to Herbal Nails for the first time, and we are so impressed. They were great at communicating their suggestions, were particular and all our nails looked amazing. To make the experience even better they were friendly and so much fun. Cannot recommend enough 5🌟

  I’ve been coming to Herbal Nail and Spa for the past few months and have now had three wonderful visits. I can confidently say this is the best nail salon I’ve experienced in the Lake Forest and Mission Viejo area. First, the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s elegant, spotless, and clearly very well maintained. Cleanliness is extremely important to me when choosing a nail salon, and Herbal Nail and Spa truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Shawn at the front desk is incredibly friendly, warm, and inviting, which instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. For my nails, I’ve had acrylic gel done by Lucy, Amy, and most recently Danny, and every experience has been fantastic. They are all highly skilled, detail-oriented, and truly listen to what you want. Whether it’s the exact length, shape, or style, they take the time to make sure everything is done exactly the way you request. On top of that, they’re genuinely kind and personable, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I’ve also had a pedicure during each visit, and those have been just as outstanding. The products they use are high quality, and you can really see and feel the difference. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. Consistency like this is rare, and I’m so glad I found them. I sincerely hope they never change, because I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

  I have gotten my nails done twice here. The first time was phenomenal and lasted 3 weeks no chipping or breakage. My nails were all even and perfectly shaped as well. I came in last night and within 24 hours I have had 2 nails break. I would love to get them redone since they offered but my nails were shaven down so thin they have been throbbing ever since. Which I naturally have very strong thick nails. Along with all my nail growth cut and filed down they were so thin they were bending and extremely flimsy. I stated multiple times I wanted to keep my full nail and do builder gel on top and a manicure but that’s not what I received unfortunately.

  My wife and I went there on Valentine’s Day to treat each other. I got a pedicure and she got a manicure. We got $20 off for being a first-time customer and got absolutely pampered with an awesome pedicure. I got the steam machine, the cucumber wrap and all the goodies and my wife got a beautiful manicure. The manager and all the technicians were so friendly and just wonderful to be around. We have never experienced anything so nice and we had a fun time during our experience. We highly recommend this place.

  I’ve been to Herbal Nails twice now and both times were an amazing experience and I absolutely LOVED my results. This morning I saw Jacob for a Gel X set and he gave me one of my most favorite sets ever!!! I showed him a reference photo and he took my nails above and beyond what I even asked for. I am in love!!!! Every staff member is welcoming and kind, and they care about your comfort and experience. Their prices reflect the quality of their work and are super reasonable, plus they offer excellent incentives to return and make you feel like a true member of the salon. I 100% recommend giving Herbal Nails a shot and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
