Staff was neutral they dont color match but helpful

I was browsing the makeup section, and since there was no one around to assist me, I looked inside the drawers—I wasn't aware that they weren't supposed to be opened. Monica, one of the cashiers, approached me with a haughty and rude attitude, shouting at me; I told her that I hadn't known. The other cashier was present and explained the situation to me, but I pointed out to her that this was no way to treat a customer. When I reached the checkout counter, Monica stared right at me and tried to hit me; if it weren't for the other cashier holding her back, I would have been physically assaulted... I will never return to this store.
