Alot of the eye pencils I picked up to sample needed to be sharpened, I was looking for a cream....the sample bottles sat empty. Asked about some CC Cream, the lady just told me names. Didnt offer to walk me to them or to find my color. My teenage daughter said " mom they only help people they feel are pretty"
