When I realized the mistake and asked to exchange one for a shampoo, I was met with rudeness and zero empathy from both the staff and the manager. I was asked to wait 20 minutes just to speak to the manager, only to be told they wouldn’t allow the exchange. It was a simple, reasonable request, and I was shocked at how unhelpful and dismissive the team was. Definitely won’t be returning.

Has no sense of how customer service works. I saw no probing, rephrasing/paraphrasing, active listening, initiative or even analyzing the receipt or the issue that I was dealing with at the checkout. It was a simple thing if she had just asked the right questions than assuming and seeming super disinterested and then throwing shade at me. Like seriously, she was rude and didn’t even bother to handle the situation professionally.
