Especially the cashier, (I don't know her name, she was a skinny white lady who didn't do makeup. She was on the left side from my view.) she had a big attitude, the reason was I asked a question when she talked to another cashier next to her. Can’t they just shut up and not talking to each other while they are working? I don’t think the management team here really care about review because the sales are good enough due to the location. If you want to keep a nice mood and go back home after shopping, don't waste of your time and money here. I‘d rather go to the other SEPHORA in Kohl’s instead.
