Today I went in for a root touch up and she could not even match the color. She doesn’t understand English. I asked the owner to charge me half and he would not. They asked me to come back so they could fix it. They messed up two times why would I want to go back! Too bad cuz I use to get my hair and nails done there. Their towels smell awful because they are old. Someone else complained in other reviews. You would think they would go out and buy new towels. Stay away from this place!
