- NCNikki CoastMar 21, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would! Mika did my hair was supposed to be an Aline and full blond high lights with root smudge. 6 1/2 hours later my hair literally is RUINED!! in attempts to correct her mistake with my blond highlights she bleached my hair twice and did a bleach wash. My cut looks like a 2 year chopped it, my color is far from salon standards! My hair is over processed and damaged. I went to speak with salon manager the following day to request a full refund. Instead she insisted another stylist fix it 2 days later! I explained my hair couldn’t tolerate more chemicals she offered a”free conditioning treatment “. That speaks volumes for the staff if there leader unclear of basic proper hair care.l techniques!

- JCJennifer CarrMay 2, 20191.0The lady that cut my hair was nice however it did not make up for the fact that she does not know how to do hair I went in there with highlights from a year back and just wanted my hair back to its natural color which is a medium brown my hair now has orange on the top and green where the highlights used to be I went in there twice I have her redo it yet it still looks like a mess I will never go there again!
