- IGItamar GuzmánSep 3, 20241.0I called to ask if they had a product available on store and was left on hold for such a long time that Kohl’s (the store not Sephora Kohl’s) had to redirect my call. I came to the store and the employees were very busy having a conversation with each other and didn’t helped until they saw me literally staring at them. Not nice, and I understand maybe takes time if busy but the store wasn’t busy!!

- MVMaria VazquezOct 20, 20231.010/19/23 @ around 4pm Went in the store for a new foundation. The only 2 woman working there couldn’t get enough of some really good personal conversation. I Proceeded to ask one of the ladies to recommend a foundation. It was like I was talking to myself, they continued with their conversation and ignored the fact I was standing there waiting for a response. I’ve been to a lot of different Sephoras and I can tell you that this one is the most unprofessional one ever. So disappointed left without a new foundation. I’ll just wait to go to a different location where they actually care.
