- LWLorenzo WarfelApr 5, 20265.0I escorted my Mom to this location and she was happy with the service. We were acknowledged as soon as we reached the cashier counter for checkout. One girl got caught up with her inventory assignment, so her coworker stepped in and helped us to prevent us from waiting. I could tell the ladies are well aware of the make-up lines and options. My Mom was provided full information on the Sephora rewards program and was set up for our next visit. The Sephora store within Kohl’s is neat, orderly, and has good lighting. We visited on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasant, not another customer in the way.

I half expected to be greeted and asked if I needed help, like I do in every Sephora I’ve ever been to. But nope. The workers were just chatting and being mean girls gossiping, which made me anxious to approach them. And based on the some other reviews I’m not the only one who felt the vibes were off here. Skip this location.

It seems like employees here prefer to help a certain demographic. Skip this store and go to an actual Sephora store if you can help it.
