    This is one of the better Sephora’s I’ve been to! If you go ask for Wallace they are so knowledgeable and helpful and just a great energy to be around

    I had a very disappointing experience with this Sephora location. My makeup appointments were canceled multiple times with no explanation or accountability. When I spoke with the manager, Kamelia, she was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She did not make any effort to accommodate me after the repeated cancellations, nor did she offer any apology for the inconvenience. As a customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism and courtesy, but instead I was met with rudeness and zero concern for my experience. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Sephora. I will not be booking services at this location again.
