I got a botched haircut (choppy layers and uneven sides) from a different salon and she worked absolute magic to fix it and save as much length as possible . She was so nice and wonderful to talk to. At the bowl she made sure the water was a comfortable temperature and even asked if I was allergic to any products. She even told me what cutting technique works best for my hair type. The products she used in my hair smell amazing too. I left with beautiful hair and a smile on my face.
