The stylist who assisted me with the shampoo was wonderful, professional, and very kind. However, the manager’s attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. She was dismissive and repeatedly stated they “don’t offer styles,” despite them being listed on the menu, and continued to make excuses such as not having round brushes or proper tools. When I explained that I was more than willing to pay the $55 for a full blow-dry, she responded with a snarky remark questioning why I would pay that amount, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Because of this interaction, I chose not to move forward with the service and left the salon. I rarely leave negative reviews, but her behavior was unacceptable and not reflective of the Great Clips standard I’ve experienced for years. I sincerely hope management addresses this, as customer service should never make a loyal client feel unwelcome.
