From the ease of using their mobile app and placing my name on the waitlist to the greeting I receive as soon as I walk through the front door, I don’t know why people would want to go to any other haircut location. Today I was greeted promptly by Deron who was expecting me and had my name on the welcome screen. She led me to her spot and knew exactly the haircut I wanted due to my past history that she read. It turns out she’s been working for this location for two years and has been with Great Clips for seven years! Anybody who could stay in the same haircutting establishment for that amount of time I know is a great stylist! She was kind, interesting to speak with, and we had a great time while she cut my hair precisely and quickly. She didn’t even ask me for this review, I volunteered to give her one because the experience was that good. I asked her about the owner of this location and she said the owner was fantastic and treats his employees very well. This was the reason why she loved working there so much and it showed in her actions and demeanor. Kudos to the owner, whoever that may be, for doing such a great job in setting up such a great customer friendly culture with his employees. Thanks Deron for a great haircut and a great experience.
