    Very rude. I asked for assistance this lady told me she will call someone else to help me , no one ever came. This other lady came i said hi to her indicating i needed assistance and she completely ignored me and gave me a dirty look and instead asked the girl next to me if she needed help. I ignored it and waited until she was completely DONE talking to the other girl and i asked her politely if she could help me and she told me “i could wait” which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She then went to go talk to her coworkers leaving me in the dust again. I thought it was work related so i left it until time passed by and i saw her giggling and laughing seeming like she was having the funniest conversation. This customer service is completely unacceptable and disgusting. Please do better and watch who you are hiring.

    I am not one to put any negative comments or reviews and I'm typically a very patient person. However, two days ago I came into sephora to pick up my order I placed online. Initially I went to the line (I dont shop at sephora very much) and there were two cashiers. One was helping a customer with something more detailed, while the other was chit chatting it up more with the other customer. Behind me there were two other women waiting in line. Again, I'm considerate about retail and customer service and I understand helping the customer. However, I waited about 5-8 minutes in line. When I finally come to the cashier, turns out my package could've been picked up at the front door. I felt like I genuinely wasted my time. And energy because it was unnecessary to wait so long. Secondly, which is what caused me to write this review in the first place. I don't shop for makeup often. In fact I don't wear much of it. But I decided I wanted to check out some foundation. I wanted a sample from a pretty foundation that I wanted try out. Luckily, a worker was just at the end of the aisle for me to ask for help. I asked if I can get help for a sample and she called it in her walkie or w.e and she said someone will be here to help you. I was a bit surprised because I assumed she'd help me since she was there already. However I understand maybe it's not part of her job?? Anyways, while i was waiting for about 5 minutes already (MIND YOU, THE STORE WAS NOT PACKED - about 5 woman actually looking around) I asked another worker and she said she's going to ask one of the makeup gurus and they'll be able to help me in a few minutes. So I asked how much is a few mins, I've been waiting for already 5 and no one to help me? She said just 3 more mins. So at this point im like okay 3 more mins I already waited 5, fine. I really wanted to try a sample. I waited a complete of 12 minutes from when I asked the first worker. I was fuming. I was patient from the beginning and the store was nearly empty. I could've filled my own sample if that was the issue. I literally wasted 12 minutes of my life waiting for absolutely nothing. Because no one came to help me and I left. I was patient, calm and no one helped me. I never write negative reviews but I have to express how bad, horrible, disgusting of customer service there is here. Waited and received no result. Absolutely humiliating for the workers to act like their work is so hard when no one is in store. This sephora store was sad. And I hope for their good, it gets better.
