- JJJenniferApr 6, 20242.0This review is based on my daughter's experience at this particular store. The location of the store is good but the people that work there not so much. My daughter has experienced the same bad or lack of customer service at this Los Gatos store location every time she has shopped there which has been about 10 times in the past 6 months. The reason why my daughter shops at this location is that we live in Los Gatos and she has yet to drive so this particular location is just close to our home. However, today my daughter and her friend were shopping at this store and while paying for their purchases asked the sales associate if there were any free samples that they could have. The sales associate just rolled her eyes at my daughter and her friend. What kind of attitude is that? I would recommend going to the store at Oak Ridge Mall as the sales associates over there are much friendlier and it's an overall more pleasant shopping experience.
