I am a professional hairstylist and longtime salon customer, and this was one of the most unprofessional retail experiences I’ve ever had.
I attempted to return a blow dryer multiple times over the course of two weeks. I was given conflicting information each visit, sent back and forth repeatedly, and ultimately charged a 20% restocking fee after the store failed to clearly explain or honor their own policies from the beginning.
What made the situation worse was the rude and dismissive behavior from both employees and the manager. The manager struggled to complete a basic transaction and had to call her manager, while speaking to me in a condescending and unprofessional manner. At one point, I was even made to feel unwelcome and pushed out of the store.
Hairstylists spend thousands of dollars supporting salon supply centers. We deserve respect, clarity, and professionalism—not attitude and incompetence. Very disappointing experience.

First of all, I just wanted to thank Frankie for all their help! Every time I have come to the store and encountered them, my experience is nothing but pleasant. Frankie, as well as the other staff, are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I’m currently a cosmetology student and the staff there has helped me so much in making sure I purchase the right items. I didn’t catch the other workers name, but I went there on Tuesday (12/31) at around 1:30 and was not disappointed. This location is by far my favorite and will now forever be my go to spot on my cosmetology journey. The store is always clean and well stocked, I rarely have had issues with finding the products I need. The lines they carry here are great quality and range in prices to cater to all. Thanks again to the wonderful staff for my continuously amazing experiences.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
