For those who want to get their money back! The company cannot rely on its terms and conditions because the customer was not familiar with them and did not expressly agree to them. Without informed and voluntary consent (signature, checkbox, separate confirmation), such terms and conditions are not binding (Article 421 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Law, the Disney 2024–2025 precedent, where courts invalidated hidden arbitration clauses due to the lack of genuine consumer consent).

Standard unsubscribe! Your profile isn't in our account. Who are you writing this for? This is a standard unsubscribe that companies use when they don't want to refund customers. People leave reviews precisely because you haven't fulfilled your obligations for the service they paid for and continue to ignore refund requests for the fraudulently charged cards. Your actions constitute a deliberate evasion of your obligations and are regulated by law. Therefore, I reserve the right to contact the prosecutor's office and the courts. This store is perfectly suitable for those willing to risk their money. They are scammers.

I want to warn you about this service; there are big problems with the management. I was receiving IV therapy. When you arrive, they immediately take your credit card information and enter it into their system. The first two IV treatments went okay, although I didn't feel any changes. And during the second IV treatment, they charged me extra money because they replaced one of the vitamins that they didn't have in stock. And that cost me an additional $200. The third time after IV, I had a terrible allergic reaction; apparently, they changed something in the composition. But they continued to charge the full amount to my card. When I started complaining, they claimed that I was paying for a monthly membership, meaning $759 per month, even if I didn't use the service. Although I didn't sign any contract, this is essentially fraud; they took my personal card data and are using them. This is probably a matter for the police. When I discussed this with the center's management, they stated that their organization is only for high-ranking clients and they are not going to return my money. They were very rude. I am currently in a dispute with them through my bank. But for high-ranking clients, I must say, they could be cleaner; they never wash the blankets they use for your feet.
