    I have come in to see Lily about 4x now. After every visit with her I notice more positive changes in my cervical muscles. I have a preliminary diagnosis of occipital neuralgia and in working with Lily I have noticed improvements in range of motion, less brain fog, and headaches. I really want to avoid injections so coming for a massage was a more holistic approach. Lily knows the body well and my body thanks her for it. Besides the physical results, Lily makes me feel at ease with her warm and friendly personality, she listens to my concerns, and takes into consideration maneuvers I think my body needs. I have come in the evening hours and I love the warm lighting of the office.
