Bella is truly amazing at what she does, and the only reason I’ve returned to this place. Unfortunately, aside from Bella’s work, this has been one of the rudest and most uncomfortable businesses I’ve ever visited.
On a previous visit, the bathroom had no toilet paper. When I politely asked the employee who was on her lunch break in the back if she knew where the toilet paper was, she scolded me and insisted it was in the bathroom. I calmly asked if she could please come check. There was no toilet paper at all — yet she offered no apology and showed no courtesy.
Today, I returned again solely because Bella does excellent work. While she is skilled, communication is very limited. She barely speaks English, doesn’t engage much, and feels distant, which already makes the experience a bit cold.
As I was leaving, I was abruptly told I could only pay cash or Zelle. I explained that I had confirmed with Bella that I would be paying via Apple Pay. The woman responded rudely, saying “Bella doesn’t know anything,” and demanded payment immediately. Apple Pay was not working, and my Zelle access was on another phone at home. I offered to pay as soon as I got home, but she aggressively asked, “How would I let you go without paying?”
I was trying to pay — their payment system was the issue, not me. The way I was spoken to was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
The energy in this place is consistently off. Customers feel unwelcome, and the environment is uncomfortable. On top of that, the only show played is Sex and the City, which is completely inappropriate, especially since I often come with my granddaughter.
Bella’s work is excellent, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business at all due to the rude staff, poor communication, and hostile atmosphere
