  I had a lovely experience with Lupe today and the lovely receptionist (sorry I didn’t get your name). Made a last minute appointment but got there early. They were able to accommodate me right away, which I did not expect but was pleasantly surprised. Lupe took her time to make my piercings symmetrical and she just guided me through the process seamlessly. Her method was pain free and fast. I liked that she offered a little stress ball for my nerves and double checked placement with me. Checkout was easy breezy. Overall just great energy and professionalism. Hate to mention this but lots of piercing/tattoo shops are intimidating and snobby. Not here! 10/10

  The team working the store and doing the piercings are great. Professional, clean piercers. Pricing is criminal. Even with $500+ purchase of earrings, they still charge $15 per earring to swap them out. The worst thing was how hot it was in there. The team told me AC had been out for weeks but management refuses to fix it. This was during the big heatwave when it was 100+ degrees. The ladies said it was reaching 85-90 degrees inside and I was also sweating bullets. As a business owner, I am appalled they don’t take their employees comfort and well being seriously.

  Ari was AMAZING! she led me through 4 piercings (tragus, conch, helix, and inner helix)! I came in super scared because it’s been YEARS since I last got my ears pierced, but she was very patient with me! It didn’t hurt as much as I expected, and she led me very well!!

  I am not new to Studs, and have been pierced on three occasions, total, twice in NYC and now a third time at Century City. All of my experiences have been positive, with very clean facilities, competent staff, and organized service. I would like to say that Kelsey at Century City studs was exceptional. She was very quickly able to mark out the optimal positions for the piercings of my tragus and contra conch. She was very friendly and talked me through a couple of alternate markings. She then pierced me quickly and effectively. These are certainly not pain-free places to get piercings, but Kelsey made it as pleasant as possible. I am so happy with how everything came out and would highly recommend.
