- SHSarah HardinJan 10, 20265.0I had an amazing experience today thanks to Violet! A long time ago I shopped at MAC but my nearby location closed, so I decided to try Sephora. As someone who is not very experienced with makeup, I was immediately overwhelmed by all the options. Violet was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I never once felt upsold. Everything recommended was based on what I would actually use and not waste… even though I don’t use powder often, Violet recommended a full size instead of a travel size and explained that it would be fine to sit unused for a few months and still be good to use when I picked it back up again saving money overall. That honesty really stood out to me. Took the time to help me find the right shades for my skin tone and even suggested a color that would be great for summer, which I would have never thought about. I also needed brushes, and Violet explained which ones were best for the light coverage I wanted while giving me a few price point options. I walked in feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed and left feeling confident and taken care of. Violet even explained what to expect when opening the powder for the first time and how to use it. BECAUSE OF VIOLET I stayed and made a purchase, and I will definitely be back. :) I’ll also be recommending this location to my other busy mom friends. Truly an incredible experience.
