  Stopped by Sephora at the mall with my daughter. She’s really into the Sincerely Yours line, so we were trying out some of the moisturizer and lip products. It was pretty crowded, but they seem to have everything you need like a typical Sephora. The store looked clean, especially the glass and displays, everything was nice and clear. I felt welcome, and the environment was lively with people shopping and trying products. Overall, it’s a solid Sephora location if you’re coming to browse, test products, or shop with your kids.

  I visited Sephora in Centre City to treat myself to a concealer, something I rarely take the time to do. and the level of service I experienced was completely unacceptable. I spent a significant amount of time in store without being acknowledged. When I eventually asked for help, the assistant showed little interest, focusing on her iPad rather than actually helping me find the correct shade. The recommendations provided were entirely unsuitable. I then asked another staff member for help with a makeup remover and was simply pointed in a direction, with no effort to assist further. I was later told someone would help me shortly, but was left waiting while the staff member prioritised personal tasks. After several minutes, I was abruptly passed off to someone else instead. At that point, I felt ignored, unwelcome, and undervalued as a customer, so I chose to leave without making a purchase. This was meant to be a positive experience, and it was the opposite. I would strongly encourage management to review both staff training and in-store customer service standards, as this level of service is not acceptable for a brand of this reputation.

  I like going to century city on Santa Monica very often for many years and every time I visit I feel so comfortable getting what I came for and everyone is so friendly, polite and cordial The manager Michelle R is amazing and has Beautiful approach! She is great and Glen is so sweet love him too Thank you guys

  great experience at Sephora — Elaysia (not sure if I spelled that right) walked me through a step by step process of their setting and loose powder application, and gave me really good recommendations based on what I was looking for. They were super helpful and kind, really appreciated all their help!
