  I had a mixed experience at Maria Tash. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the technician who helped me change my jewelry made me feel very uncomfortable. The process was quite rough and aggressive. I’ve had jewelry changed at the same piercing location at other studios before, and it was never this painful. This time, my fully healed piercing was actually irritated and started bleeding, which was very concerning. Overall, it felt unprofessional and disappointing. I originally planned to come back for another piercing if the experience was good, but after this, I’ve completely changed my mind.

  My husband and I came here today looking for some new jewelry for my piercings wanted to look for something really cute and fun I just turned 51 last weekend and I have a lot of piercings so thank you for being very patient very kind and very very friendly

  The headline here is that this place is the best and if you want to get pierced- this is the place to do it, trust me. I went from having zero piercings back in May 2025 to now having 8 in Jan 2026 (with a few more on the way). The jewelry is gorgeous and reasonably priced for the exceptional quality that it is, but beyond that- the team is simply unparalleled. Shauntae, Stephane, Harrison, and the entire crew here are so kind, so welcoming, and just want to make sure you find the best pieces to fit what you're looking for. Shauntae has taken such great care of me and so many of my friends that I've brought in. At this point, I honestly look forward to grabbing a matcha across the street and popping in to say hi, chat, look at the new pieces, and check the healing on some of my newer piercings. And Stephane and Harrison are some of the best piercers I've ever come across. They're so gentle, friendly, and want nothing more than to make sure you're comfortable the entire time. They are also not shy about letting you know what they feel will/won't work and why as well as giving ideas that they feel would look and heal the best based on your specific body. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this candor in a retail environment and to be honest, it has built so much trust for me, that I basically do whatever the team tells me I should do at this point. Not sure what else I can add really- it's a joy of an experience from start to finish and the team genuinely wants to make sure you get everything you want/need. Need a piercing? Come here. It'll look great and I'm sure you'll love it :)

  Harrison is amazing ! He’s one of my favorites and has done multiple of my piercings. Will go back to him in a heart beat.

  The experience of the piercing was great. We were well taken care of by the lovely staff (the salesperson and the piercing lady). They could not have been nicer. Unfortunately, within 5 weeks my lovely diamond somehow had fallen out of my earring and when I called the store, the manger refused to help me. This despite the fact that I had 3 piercings done and my daughter had 2. A pricey afternoon for sure. I was told to contact customer service. Clearly customer service is not their strong suit when things go wrong.
