The initial treatment was a complete failure, and the so-called “free re-treatment” was nothing more than an attempt to cover their mistakes. Blaming Botox immunity instead of taking responsibility for their poor technique was insulting. Offering a discounted Xeomin treatment months later was not a goodwill gesture—it was a desperate attempt to squeeze more money out of me. This clinic is all talk and no results. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude toward dissatisfied clients is unacceptable. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or results.
