Lily was amazing and helped with making the day for my friends a nice and relaxing expierience. Liana and the asst manager, were friendly and very welcoming. From the moment we pulled up to the bellstand (the taller, broad shouldered gentleman, forgot his name) to everyone at the Lounge was amazing. Definately a 5 star experience from beginning to end. I currently work at a five diamond resort and a manager at a five star spa in the ventura county and they defeinately hit all the points to being a five star property. Thank you again to everyone. We will be back! Maybe for massages this next time.
