Maddie at the front desk was personable and helpful, the piercer who checked on me, Jalen was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Studs can be on the pricier side for piercings vs independent shops but customer service has been awesome. I got 5 done at once in NY on a trip and I’ve never had a problem with my check-ins around LA, I’m very happy I can pop into a location near me and get it looked at by a professional in person. I really liked this location and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I walked in honestly without an appointment and it was past 6PM. The girls working there were super welcoming and kind, great vibes. I did a helix and conch piercing. Gia made sure the process was as painless as possible, and efficient too. She gave me aftercare instructions when it was all said and done. I will definitely be back !
