- YLYiwei LingDec 2, 20255.0I am not new to Studs, and have been pierced on three occasions, total, twice in NYC and now a third time at Century City. All of my experiences have been positive, with very clean facilities, competent staff, and organized service. I would like to say that Kelsey at Century City studs was exceptional. She was very quickly able to mark out the optimal positions for the piercings of my tragus and contra conch. She was very friendly and talked me through a couple of alternate markings. She then pierced me quickly and effectively. These are certainly not pain-free places to get piercings, but Kelsey made it as pleasant as possible. I am so happy with how everything came out and would highly recommend.
- TATaylor AceNov 9, 20252.0I had an amazing experience with one of the front desk staff and my piercer Jalen but then after spending $400 they snapped at my girlfriend for trying to put in the brand new earring she just purchased because the front desk was “sterile?” The nice front desk lady offered for a piercer to put it in for us but the rude girl then piped up that it would be $15 for them to put the earring in?! Snapping at people and then trying to nickel and dime them when they just spent that much money left a bad taste in our mouthes so unfortunately we won’t be back.
