  I had an amazing experience today thanks to Violet! A long time ago I shopped at MAC but my nearby location closed, so I decided to try Sephora. As someone who is not very experienced with makeup, I was immediately overwhelmed by all the options. Violet was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I never once felt upsold. Everything recommended was based on what I would actually use and not waste… even though I don’t use powder often, Violet recommended a full size instead of a travel size and explained that it would be fine to sit unused for a few months and still be good to use when I picked it back up again saving money overall. That honesty really stood out to me. Took the time to help me find the right shades for my skin tone and even suggested a color that would be great for summer, which I would have never thought about. I also needed brushes, and Violet explained which ones were best for the light coverage I wanted while giving me a few price point options. I walked in feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed and left feeling confident and taken care of. Violet even explained what to expect when opening the powder for the first time and how to use it. BECAUSE OF VIOLET I stayed and made a purchase, and I will definitely be back. :) I’ll also be recommending this location to my other busy mom friends. Truly an incredible experience.

  The sephora is very convenient.I absolutely love it.I stop here for samples.And I also get my makeup done here by amber j I told her that I wanted to be camera ready, and she made my makeup absolutely beautiful, and i'm a darker tone woman.So I was a little concerned, but she knew exactly what to do.I got so many compliments and I felt absolutely beautiful.   I want to share my experience at this location on Halloween. I was told that this particular makeup artist was the "best," and she was far from that. Throughout the process of having my makeup done, I noticed several issues. Starting with the winged eyeliner, it honestly looked like a toddler did it. Next, I saw the shades didn't match my skin, but she was in too much of a rush to take her break to perfect the work I was paying her to do. She kept huffing and puffing whenever I wanted to check the quality of her makeup. I was noticeably unimpressed with the overall look, but I tipped anyway. But I will never return to this Sephora again. This was undoubtedly the worst makeup I've ever experienced in my life! Also, her breath smelled so bad I could have barfed!
