- MMmeDec 14, 20251.0so crowded and line to pay is over 20 people and only 3 cashiers which is ridiculous. so so so many other staff members just waking around coming up to you which might be okay if they knew anything about the products or brands but they don't i don't think they get enough training bc it's like this every time. it really comes off as if their only purpose is to catch people stealing which honestly is only tempting because the line to check out would mean waiting for 20 minutes. TAKE MY ADVICE AND BUY ONLINE. not to mention the music is always 10x louder than it should be and it is beyond distracting and irritating hard to hear the staff or even person next to me is saying and i have to shout for them to hear me as well which is not the experience a retailer of this price point should offer. extremely subpar for brand of this size. between that and paying extreme prices for parking sephora execs do yourself a favor and leave this atrocious mall

But then beautiful Patty* stepped up to help me build up my shopping basket with top tier product knowledge and overall customized understanding for what I needed. She accepted my 2016 product preferences without judgement while educating me on how my regiment could benefit from some updates. She offered brand options and comparisons based on in depth color theory and ingredient compatibility. I have two major takeaways from this Sephora experience: the products compliment each other so flawlessly on my face with minimal expertise, I haven't loved my makeup this much in literally decades💄… and my other take away was the customer service; turns out Patty was the manager! She was in high demand that night as the isles were flooded with shoppers, her whole team kept checking in on her to see if she needed to delegate me to another sales persons but she both assisted the staff requested while building my much needed take home makeover with a huge smile on her face. The Grove sephora squad is lucky to have her 👩🏾🎨
