I asked “Do you have…” He sneered “We DON’T carry that, NONE of our stores carry that anymore! As if I asked for the world’s worst product. Guess what? Sephora does carry it online! I will pass the attitude from your staff and look for this product somewhere else. The rude attitude of many of your employees, who often just ignore customers as they fix their makeup in the mirror, their officious attitude is a good part of why retail is failing.
