I asked the rep at the register if she can check my membership status. It didn't take her long to notice there was a problem. She told me I was blocked and started writing down a phone number for me to call, while there was a phone sitting in front of her. I felt as if she was rushing me out while her coworker walked around the store behind my coworker. I stood there and called the number from my cell phone. I needed a few products. One employee whispered to the other, "I feel like a hostage.", while I was on hold. The phone call took about 15 minutes, waiting on hold for most of it. The rep on the phone helped me clear up the mistake quickly and I was allowed to shop. It really gets to me when a person from a background of discrimination judges me and stereotypes me by a simple glance. I feel like calling them those hurtful names they've been subjected to all of history. But I carry myself more professionally than that.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

SalonCentric is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
