- SSSS SJul 1, 20222.0They are nice, but not so professional there. A few times they are out of stock of the item I made a special trip there for, or they just randomly quit carrying it. The other day I went there for a special sale advertised on the mailer. The staff member told me the sale wasn’t happening when I got there, however I knew it was and asked her to price check the items. Sure enough the items I had selected were in sale. I was under the impression the sale was ending 6/30/22, and made a special trip there for this. This made for a lot of confusion. The following day I made another special trip to a second location in Torrance because I wanted to get some nail items before the sale ended. It was not actually necessary to make the trip until the end of July, but due to the misinformation at the Santa Monica location provided I was trying to make sure I didn’t miss the sale. Once I got all the way there (it is mot fun driving around in L.A. 10-15 miles for no reason) the store in Torrance informed me they don’t even sell nail care. I then called the location in Santa Monica to double check the detailsof the sale since they sell a little nail care, and also inform them one of the pumps was broken on the brand new liter of conditioner I bought there the day before. She specifically told me to go there “tomorrow” to discuss this with the manager. Presently I am sitting outside of there store before 6PM, made another special trip, and there is a sign taped to their door saying “closing at 2PM today.” I just saw another cosmetologist also surprised by their early closing today and the locked door! Salon Centric is for beauty professionals, they should be more respectful of the time of their customers who are all small business owners.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
