Online it clearly says I can return and exchange in stores as part of their return policy. Went to this location where they refused to exchange or refund me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I can see why Mac is closing so many stores. Never buying again.

- DDDestiny DuPreeFeb 1, 20261.0Was visiting from out of town and wanted to look for a shade that was close to a discontinued shade. Walked right up to an employee to ask for assistance (mind you, I'm visually impaired) and was told "all of out lipsticks are right there." So I walked out and went to the Mac counter at Macy's. The woman working the counter stopped doing a service to give me shade names and swatches. Took all of 3 minutes to find the right shade and get checked out. I highly reccomend taking your business there as staff are more friendly and helpful.
