  I don’t typically leave reviews anywhere, but I felt compelled to share this unfortunate experience. During my visit, I had an uncomfortable interaction with a male employee with long curly hair. When entering the store I saw this employee sitting behind the counter and seemed bothered to get up as I entered the store. His tone came across as snippy and condescending, especially when discussing fragrance notes. When I shared what I thought I smelled, his correction felt dismissive rather than helpful. This was my first time experiencing these fragrances, and the interaction left such a negative impression that I now associate the scents with that moment. As a result, I’m considering exploring another brand instead.

  Had a really off putting experience at this store… the sales associate was rude, has no business in customer service, and acted like she founded Byredo!! I didn’t catch her name but she had the large oversized glasses, lots of tattoos, and really dark copper color lipstick. Her energy matched her lipstick!! 👺

  We purchased Super Cedar and its not cheap one, but the smell disappear after 10 minutes although they told me its gonna keep 24 hour! Lie I'm really disappointed
