  I traveled from far to visit this store yesterday. Today they are supposed to be open so o came back and they were closed again for a period of time.

  I bought a very expensive fragrance here, when I got home the bottle I got smelled nothing like the tester. It instead resembled a much cheaper fragrance from their competitor seemingly identical. To ensure I wasn’t being insane I asked 3 seperate friends what they thought. They agreed with me. I had used legitimately 3 sprays out of the bottle. The first time I wore it and when I asked the friends about the smell. I tried to exchange it for the a different bottle of the same scent and whoever was working at the store told me this was impossible, which I guess is fine. It’s a terrible customer service policy, but what was even worse is that after spending $400+ on a bottle of cologne having a sales associate speak to you in a condescending and rude tone when you’re politely asking for any sort of solution for getting shafted with a bunk bottle of what would otherwise have been a quality product. I have many other fragrances from them, but will likely never again buy anything from them again. Highly recommend seeking alternative comparable brand if considering spending this much on your fragrances.

  I had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff person was extremely nice and helped me pick out a scent that will remind me of LA as I’m a visitor.
