I came in on 3/4/2022 and was greeted by the fabulous Cameron (I believe that is their name, if not, I will figure it out and edit this review because they deserve their credit) Cameron took me through a scent journey (as they should have because they’re everything and I was trying to be - I am not with my new fragrance) was so patient with me, allowed me to smell maybe 10-12 fragrances, walked me through each of the opening notes (very knowledgeable which is important) and was just a kind person overall. I've been talking about my experience for an entire day which is completely different from the Melrose store. Cameron has me thinking of ways to support them just because they were so kind and so welcoming. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT! It’s not about how much one spends, it’s about an experience and I had a great one and now an AMAZING new scent too. Thank you, Cameron and the entire team that was there yesterday.
