I traveled from far to visit this store yesterday. Today they are supposed to be open so o came back and they were closed again for a period of time.

Made a trip to visit the store during opening hours and it was locked up. There was no note indicating a closure. I called the store’s phone number and reached an employee located at another store who told me that the store should be open. Very disappointing.

I have been a loyal fan of Byredo for years, with an extensive collection of their fragrances. Byredo has always been my go-to gift suggestion, so I was thrilled to receive Mojave Ghost as a Christmas present. However, as I already own a full bottle, I decided to exchange it for Bibliothèque.
Unfortunately, my experience trying to make this exchange has been deeply disappointing. My partner, who purchased the fragrance, did not receive a email receipt or gift receipt at the time of purchase, which I’ve been told is standard protocol. I visited the store with the product and proof of purchase from the transaction, but no one in-store was able to assist me.
We then contacted Byredo’s customer support, provided all the necessary details, and were assured someone would follow up within 24 hours. It has now been four days, and we have heard nothing. To add insult to injury, it was implied during this process that the perfume might have been stolen, which is not only untrue but deeply insulting.
At this price point, there are numerous options for luxury fragrances, and it is the service experience that sets brands apart. I expected much more from Byredo.
For others considering Byredo, I would recommend purchasing online to avoid these frustrating in-person interactions.

Great experience, a friend took me here and Demaris was so helpful. Showed me her favorite scents and helped me pick out the best ones for me. I'm now a fan and will be purchasing again.
