  Such great service here! I attended a makeup class with Gabriela back in November and have been applying the techniques I’ve learned since! Stopped by this week for some restocks and she recommended a foundation and I’ve been loving it so far!

  I went to a Toasty makeup class back in November and I can’t say how much I learned from Gabby. She did such a great job of explaining her techniques and tricks and I learned so much. She was so sweet and helped me shade match some goodies after. I would definitely go to any class she teaches :)

  I went to Sephora first to get my foundation matched, and honestly the experience wasn’t great. The associate handed me a foundation and told me to apply it myself without really helping or trying to properly match my skin tone. After that, I went to Charlotte Tilbury and worked with Javier, and the difference was night and day. I originally went in just to buy foundation, but Javier actually took the time to match me perfectly. He also did my concealer and blush, and I ended up purchasing both the foundation and concealer because of how amazing everything looked. He completely glammed me up — I look so beautiful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I looked and felt good. The customer service alone made the experience worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Javier again.

  Came here in search of an eye brow pencil for my girlfriend. Unfortunately they dont make this one anymore but the two Employees, Rachelle & Kimberly who worked there, were so helpful and helped me find something perfect for my girl and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right color as similar to the old one to match. They really came to my rescue cause I had no idea what to do. Thank you.
