  My mom and I walked into the store and it was nothing but absolute magic. My mom doesn’t have the confidence to walk in and ask for help as she is intimidated because she isn’t a makeup person. Elliot who helped us is an absolute ANGEL ON EARTH. Greeted us with a huge smile on his face. I love that he made my mom so comfortable and confident with asking for help. He was able to get her the products that she absolutely loves. Elliot, I hope you’re reading this. Thank you for being a kind human being, it went a long way for not only for me but especially for my mom ♥️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at the Charlotte Tilbury store at The Grove in Los Angeles. Kimberly was absolutely amazing — truly next-level customer service. She listened so well, understood exactly what I needed for my event, and helped me find the perfect pieces. Not only did everything work beautifully, but the final look was fire — exactly as she envisioned it would be. What really stood out was how fun, confidence-boosting, and effortless she made the whole experience feel. I’m genuinely considering switching my makeup staples and brand loyalty because of this visit. Kimberly (and the team) made exploring new products exciting instead of overwhelming.   I went to a Toasty makeup class back in November and I can’t say how much I learned from Gabby. She did such a great job of explaining her techniques and tricks and I learned so much. She was so sweet and helped me shade match some goodies after. I would definitely go to any class she teaches :)
