They packaged everything nicely so I didn’t even need to buy a birthday box. All the products I saw were high quality and I even bought myself skincare items and wasn’t even planning on purchasing anything for me. The skincare item is top tier and the associates I spoke with knew about those products as well, not just the makeup. I’ll definitely be back to finish my Christmas shopping for my other friends and coworkers.

My friend and I walked in to get a lip liner and the staff was hostile, rude, and were stuck up. The staff ( a women with short curly hair, and a Latino man who had longish black hair and piercings) were side eyeing each other and making me and my friend feel embarrassed, and felt diminished. This is my third time going into the store and I am never again coming to the store if you want to buy Charlotte Tilbury buy it at Sephora save yourself an embarrassment ritual.
