  I am a loyal customer. Every time I go to LA I always shop at this store and have my products shipped to my house. Each time I have a good time as most of their sales are very patient and take their time show me their products. Not until recently I was in LA for a school tour trip with my daughter. I dressed very casual. Walk in first then a group of ladies walked in. We were not greeted by anyone in the store where they have at least 2-3 sales rep, where other ladies they smile and greeted them right a way. I have to ask for help and I already knew what I wanted. The lady sale rep walked to me without smile and thought I was bothering her. No customer service no nothing. All other folks they politely greeted bought nothing. I still bought the stuff that I liked and have them shipped to my house. Terrible experience probably will by my last time shopping there.

  This location specifically has horrible customer service. Me and my partner did not feel welcomed here at all, we will not be back.

  My friends and I had a wonderful time with Mari. He was such a great help in letting us sample the varying smells. I ended up getting a lotion that I love.
