- RRRhea ReidOct 29, 20253.0Lovely women at this location who are always kind and helpful, but the staff could do better at shade matching for deeper skin tones — as in, on the farthest end of the shade spectrum. I’ve been to other Credo locations where they were great at this, but this one (which happens to be closest to me) has consistently fallen short. Each time, the person helping me seems hesitant to really dive in and find my match, or they leave it up to me to figure it out. They’re generous with product access, which I appreciate, but it’d be nice to also get guidance from the people who actually work there. The experience could easily be 5 stars with that extra care.
