  Had a great experience with Kimberly. I went in with a friend just looking to learn about the magic cream, but Kimberly took the time to show me how to do my skin care and make up, I ended up buying most of the products she showed me because it all looked and felt amazing on my skin.

  I’m beyond happy with my makeup! Elliot is incredibly talented and made me feel so confident and beautiful. The application was flawless, the products felt amazing on my skin, and everything lasted the entire night without needing touch-ups! He really understands how to enhance your natural beauty while still giving that glam look. I will definitely be booking again! Thank you so much can’t wait for next time!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Charlotte Tilbury store at The Grove in Los Angeles. The customer service was truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and very honest. I forgot my change after making a purchase. When I realized it the next day, I called the store, and without any hesitation or giving me a hard time, they immediately sent the money to me through Zelle. That level of honesty and trust is rare and very much appreciated. Great customer service makes the products feel even better. Because of this experience, I will 100% be coming back to this store again. Highly recommend!

  10/10 experience, I’ve recently been experiencing dark under eyes and went into Charlotte Tilbury and was assisted by the lovely Mateo. Mateo could see that I was distraught and not only provided me with solutions but also offered to teach me how to apply the products and other helpful tips. I walked in feeling pretty down and his knowledge and kind disposition completely turned my day around. In addition to the Charlotte Tilbury products being grand on their own, it’s amazing that they have wonderful team members to push forth not just the brand but to also provide a grand customer experience .
